High gloss, lacquered, Interlam® panels in the valet area, high gloss, lacquer soffits in main lobbies, Makore wall paneling and trim, credenzas, planters with banquette seating, guard stations, trim at kiosks, metal surrounds at plasma screens.
The Wells Fargo building poses unique challenges because of more stringent than average security and rules about noise, clean-up, hours and loading dock access. There was no place to store tools or materials after hours, so an off-site storage area had to be utilized. The project was fast track and Brochsteins was brought in because of the complexity of the project conditions. High gloss finishes used for the soffits and planters had to match the columns fabricated with original base building.
