Once you provide a completion date, we provide milestone dates for field dimensions and work with you to identify the delivery sequence in order to meet your goals and keep the project on schedule.

Our drawings are considered among the best in the industry and are not only useful for us but excellent tools for the contractor and for other trades at the jobsites. The drawings show in detail how our work abuts work of other trades. We provide mounting heights for red iron, and integrate notes for electrical and HVAC to ensure outlets or other electrical equipment are properly placed. Bench marks are shown on shop drawings and full size details and simplified blow-ups are provided when necessary.

For items that are unusual or complex, we work closely with clients to develop the idea into a workable product. We have significant experience designing and installing items such as A/V access panels or servery doors that open with a touch of a button.

In order to maintain schedules, we can assist other trades by doing layout for stone, drywall, speakers, linear diffusers, joints in panels, and sprinkler heads where their work abuts or is integral to our work. We show centerlines and bench marks and ceiling joints. Many of these trades don’t realize the importance of coordinating their layout early in the process, so rather than risk delays in the schedule, we do the legwork to obtain good field information and coordinate with these trades for a more accurate and easier installation.

When required, we can make templates for items such as radius walls, cabinets and spiral staircases.

We review door hardware early in the project to identify potential problems with closers, hinges and pivots and provide recommendations to ensure the right hardware for your project.
