The scale and schedule for this project was akin to building a small city, and as such there was no one millworker in the country capable of manufacturing it in total.

Brochsteins played a pivotal role in helping ensure work in 14 different buildings and fabricated by three different millworkers looked the same by creating project samples, assisting with the overall project’s veneer requirements (ensuring it was possible to purchase the specified veneer in adequate quantity, sequence and consistency), and teaming with the other stakeholders to ensure consistent millwork details. The goal was for both the users of the spaces and maintenance personnel to be unable to perceive any differences in product from the various manufacturers. Additionally, Brochsteins was the millworker of choice for the more public, high profile specialty buildings.
