The Four Seasons, hotel of choice for NFL owners, wanted to spruce up their building right before the Super Bowl in Houston meaning schedule was of the utmost importance.

The project included a challenging stair that required an atypical process for veneer matching and hand cutting all panels at the stringers in the field, and brass details for which finish the architect pointed to a ring on his finger and asked us to “match this.” This project was definitely akin to fabricating a piece of jewelry.

Scope of Project

Veneer: Walnut

Millwork: paneling at stair and walls, doors, cabinets, bookshelves, displays, stone countertops with leather arm rest

Furniture: banquettes, reception desk

Areas: lobby, bar, restaurant, library
